Garden furniture delivery

Great delivery guys (Alfi & Josh) and helpful customer service staff. My only gripe is that when buying an expensive garden table and chairs and rattan sofas and chairs, there are no covers with it and none available with Neptune to purchase after delivery but as always with Neptune, great quality and attractive products.

Workshop

I recently attended a fermentation workshop at Neptune. What an excellent event, made even better by the warm welcome from staff, the goody bag and the lovely cup of coffee they offered when I arrived.
It was a super morning in a relaxing setting and I learnt alot.

Amazing service & quality

Having previously bought furniture from Neptune, we were looking for a consul table so visited the lovely Bury St Edmunds shop.
Maddie was very helpful and today our table was delivered by Dave & Callum. They were so polite and unpacked, checked the table and took all the packaging away. Thank you. As always, amazing service and excellent quality from Neptune!

The Neptune store in Farnham.

The Neptune store in Farnham.
We recently ordered furniture from the Farnham store.
Katrina was most helpful and tolerant of a change in colour on the chairs.
Then again when we asked for a delivery to our home in Portugal.
We now await delivery, hopefully, in July.

New Henley Kitchen

If you are looking for a quality kitchen then look no further then Neptune. Our Henley kitchen cabinets look fabulous in our new kitchen and we couldn't be happier.

A huge thank you

A huge thank you to the lovely Jo, Sarah and Sian who were so helpful, and so patient with us whilst we shopped for our new dining table and chairs. They weren’t pushy at all, they helped us to mix and match lots of combinations until we were really happy with our choice, and they were so great with our little ones whilst we tried to focus on the furniture shopping!
I’d also like to mention our delivery team Andre and Liam who arrived on time, unloaded and assembled the furniture swiftly, and took all the boxes away leaving me with a tidy house. They were great.
You were all really amazing, thank you!

Fantastic quality kitchen and amazing staff.

We recently had a Suffolk kitchen from Neptune at York, we are thrilled with the quality of the workmanship on the units and the kitchen finish has surpassed our expectations.
We also ordered the Edinburgh Double washstand which again is beautiful.

The staff at York including Khloe, Hayley and Kayleigh have been wonderful from the initial design experience to the final check in house and the service has been superb.

They have gone above and beyond when we have changed our minds on things along the way, nothing has been too much trouble.

The kitchen fitter and the guy who came to do the final paint on the units have all been great.

We would highly recommend Neptune.

Replacement canopy for 30 year old base

The fact we could replace a parasol canopy that was 30 years old. The base and umbrella are in great condition, but over the last 5 years the top of the canopy has deteriorated. I’ve done a couple of patches but my patch this year, unfortunately, looked like I’d draped granny’s knickers over it. I went on Neptune website to buy a complete new rectangular parasol and saw they did stand alone canopies. I was a little dubious whether it would fit but it’s perfect. So pleased that a perfectly good parasol didn’t go to landfill.

Brilliant !

Excellent service overall from Callum and Dave. Delivery was quick and well-organized, and the team kept me informed every step of the way.
