1st driving instruction allocated kept…
1st driving ing instruction allocated kept changing my 1st lesson booking date and then didn’t turn up for the first lesson and wouldn’t reply to my messages or calls. I was then allocated a 2nd driving instructor SALIM. He was perfect. He called me straight away after allocation, introduced he’s self, asked about my driving experience and booked my 1st lesson straight away. 1st lesson I was nervous but the way Salim spoke and explained things to me I settled down very quickly. At the end he said he was very impressed with me and didn’t see any reason why I shouldn’t pass which gave me confidence. Salim always sent me lesson reminders day before and on the day. On the day of the test I was very nervous at the beginning but the way Salim spoke, explained and guided me I got my confidence back and PASSED 1st time. I don’t think I would have passed with out Salim. I would definitely pass he’s details on to other learner drivers without hesitation.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Sam (/Azeem) to anyone as a driving instructor.
Sam brings a wealth of experience and boundless knowledge, and so clearly loves to impart every last bit of what he knows to his students. His experience allowed him to quickly work out my strengths and weaknesses as a student and he tailored each session to my needs, allowing me to continually develop my skills, confidence, and understanding, and challenging me to make progress while always taking time to reassert the foundational principles that he'd taught.
Sam's approach blends honesty and instruction with empathy, kindness, fairness, and laughter, and he put me at ease even when facing aspects of driving that scared me the most. Sam is always as flexible as possible for his students and offered so much support, especially as the test came closer.
I'll definitely miss our chats, and the opportunity to learn about the areas we drove through, but I will never forget Sam's mantra: 'Just Chill and Drive!'

Website easy to navigate but info on app bit delay
I like the process through the website easy and straightforward.
But afterwards the process to contact the driver instructor a bit confused as National intensive send the he instructor driver info to my email but he didn't have my info still about me. And for both of us we didn't have a full info on the app.
The instructor driver good professional. Quick with replying and finding solutions so lessons could start as soon as possible.

booking the course through James…
booking the course through James everything was so easy. James booked my lessons for me with Muhammed who was superb (I passed 1st time with only a couple if minor errors).
James booked my theory and once passed then got my test booked in.
Throughout the learning experience James answered any questions really quickly.
I would not hesitate to use National intensive and i do & will recommend them to anyone starting to learn to drive
All in all James & National intensive have been fantastic

Great refresher for theory tests
I’ve been practising my theory outside of the national intensive course, but I wanted to do the theory programme they offered to cover all bases. Yad was my mentor and was very helpful and informative. I felt comfortable asking any questions.
