Absolute waste of money, it’s marketed as a ‘crash course’ with an increased pass rate when really you just pay a lot of money for 30 minutes of admin! I ended up doing the leg work anyway as they could only offer the usual test dates (4 month waiting list) when I proactively looked for cancellations.
I’ve now passed my test (by doing everything myself…. Didn’t even have 1 lesson through this company) and can’t get even a penny back from them!
I have spoken to Rachel today , she was lovely and very helpful with all the questions I had !!!
James was very helpful. He advised me to contact the national test centre which I did and got the result I wanted. Thank you.

DO NOT sign up with your mobile number.
After registering, I was bombarded with an absurd amount of spam texts — 18 messages starting from 1am and continuing until 6am, all from different numbers.
I tried opting out using the link in the messages, but it made no difference. The texts just kept coming, and because they’re sent from multiple numbers, blocking them individually is pointless.
This is incredibly frustrating and completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid using their phone number with this service.

You are correct, that was me who submitted the complaint. I use a different name on review platforms.
However, your response is insufficient. Despite receiving confirmation that my details had been removed and that I had been unsubscribed, I have continued to receive further text messages as recently as this afternoon.
This raises serious concerns about how my data is being handled and whether my request has actually been actioned across all systems.
Given this, I have now escalated the matter to the ICO.
I would appreciate a clear explanation as to why I am still receiving messages after being assured that I was removed, and confirmation that my number has been fully deleted from all databases, including any third-party systems.

Called today to ask a few questions to double check a few details before I booked a driving intensive course. Yad was extremely helpful and gave me everything I needed to know and helped me out dearly. Every small and big question I wanted to find more out about he helped with ease and speed. Made me feel much more assured about my decision.

Called in Jan 2026 to book an intensive course. Was told I’d get a test date for around 6 months time, but will be brought forward and can expect a test around March.
We are now almost mid April and still no test. Have been given one in July on a date we can’t do.
Have called a couple of times to find out what’s going on. Each time no explanation given and just told, we should get one soon. Otherwise we have the July date. So no idea why we’ve paid for a service that promises a quicker test date?
Have been allocated an instructor who’s been great and keeps offering us tests for a couple of weeks time. How can he get them when national intensive keep saying none are available.
Been told that if we have to use the July date we’ll get a refund of £70. But we paid £500 on the basis of sooner test, I could have just booked one myself for 6 months time for £60?
Called again on Friday to complain, was told we’d get an email to follow up the compliant. Still nothing.
Shocking service and false promises made to get us to book. Avoid this company. Save your money and book yourself. Feel we’ve been completely mis sold and they don’t care
