Great service; fast and easy

Super helpful and make you feel really welcome. I stopped off once for a small issue with my bonnet - which a very kind gentleman resolved in a matter of minutes with no fuss. Because of that interaction I took my car for an MOT and again was not disappointed. I booked the day before, dropped my car off, I was told that it would be ready in an hour, I returned pretty much an hour later on the dot and the car was ready. Staff were polite professional and helpful, would definitely recommend using, much better than service from Halfords

Really friendly and helpful when car failed MOT at getting it fixed in a short space of time and providing the estimate required so I could claim under warranty.

Arrived a little before booked slot - no problem. Reception was easy, friendly and professional .
As I had another appointment, my vehicle was left and I was promised a call when work was complete. As agreed I received a call some 90mins later to confirm completion/vehicle ready for collection - excellent.

Needed clutch on mini countryman replacing. Searched online for garage options and requested online quote from Mr Clutch.
Received quote promptly and was very competitive in comparison to others. I emailed to ask a couple of queries and they called me back direct to address. Managed to book car in for works for the following day and works completed the same day! Super impressed. Smooth service, efficient, professional. Charged as per the quote, no additional extras.
