I have been taking my cars here (Hemel Hempstead) for many years now and thought I’d give a review as my 15 year old focus just passed again. Very honest. Never up sell. Wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.

Needed clutch on mini countryman replacing. Searched online for garage options and requested online quote from Mr Clutch.
Received quote promptly and was very competitive in comparison to others. I emailed to ask a couple of queries and they called me back direct to address. Managed to book car in for works for the following day and works completed the same day! Super impressed. Smooth service, efficient, professional. Charged as per the quote, no additional extras. Very pleased and would definitely use again and recommend to others. Thankyou to the staff at Kingston for making it such an easy process!

Its very rare I write a review, but felt this service received at Mr Clutch, deserves it!

After looking for a while for a Garage to be able to do MOT and a Top Service, I got recommended to use Mr Clutch, on "Lodge Causeway"

Was welcomed into the reception from a couple of the staff, what felt good already,
I already knew the car was possible going to fail as something wasnt right when driving it.
A couple of hours into it, this was confirmed, and I was pleasantly surprised at how cheap the repairs were going to be!

Although I couldnt collect my car until the following day, it wasnt a huge problem, as my car would be sorted :)
And so much more comfortable to drive

So a big thank you to all the staff at Mr Clutch - Fishponds Branch, for doing an excellent job, not rushed, and not charging the earth like other Garages!

Online booking easy to navigate. Turned up on time for MOT, parked and left them the keys. Town centre a few minutes up the road so walked there and had a wander. Returned 45 minutes later just as they were finishing test. Found staff friendly and the whole experience hassle free. Will use them again

MOT and Major Service on my ancient little car - still going!
