As a female I find garages intimidating but my experience with Mr Clutch in Maidstone was amazing they took time explaining things in non mechanic talk
They made me feel important as a customer, will always go back to them as I have full confidence that they will always put their customers first

Good service

Booked in for a major service and MOT for the 29th June.
Unfortunately due to part issues Mr clutch was unable to complete the job until the next day however communication was made with plenty of notice to allow me to plan around missing out on the car for an extra day.
Friendly staff upon arrival to collect car, had to wait 15 minutes for completion and paperwork but stayed over an hour chatting to the staff on site about anything and everything.
Would highly recommend using

Once again, great service from Steve and the team at the Norwich branch. Service and MOT. Rang first thing Monday morning, booked in for 11:30, all done by 13:45. Excellent.

Excellent service once again! The gentleman on the front desk is friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. This is the second time I’ve had my car serviced at this garage, and the experience has been outstanding both times. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else for servicing. Highly recommended!

Only had an mot done on my 2016 astra but was able to wait in the reception area whilst this was being done.very happy with the service here ive only been living in this town a couple of years so dont know the area well but i think ive found a good garage where i can trust my car to be sorted! Will definatly be back

Excellent service here. Both Ron and Pat from Mr Clutch, Swindon went out of their way to help us get a clutch problem sorted really quickly. This was very important to us as I was only able to be present to support my elderly father with his car problem for a few days. Thanks to all who helped solve the problem so quickly and efficiently. I would recommend wholeheartedly.

Seamless, friendly, efficient service at the Leyton branch. They even turned the air con on before I got there so my car would be cool when I got on (it was a boiling hot day). Would definitely recommend!

I called Mr Clutch High Wycombe and spoke to Dennis about my Brakes and loose handbrake, he was able to get me in the very next morning and diagnosed what needed to be done. I am very grateful for their excellent price and speedy repairs, thanks also to Dennis, Anorell & Raf.
Over the years I have used Mr Clutch High Wycombe for many repairs and also my MOT's. It is assuring to have someone I know that I can trust such as Dennis who has been there many years, Trust is everything when it comes to vehicle repairs, it can be a heavy burden to have to seek out a good repair shop when repairs are needed. I was booked in with ease and as promised my car was ready when I came to collect it. They even put me in touch with the car wash firm next door who also did a good job.
Staff were polite, professional and knowledgeable. They even fixed my headlights free of charge so I could pass my MOT. Will definitely be back.
