Everything is spot on. It’s a shame the scooter doesn’t fit in to the back of my car without having to to put the seats down but the scooter is perfect in every other way as it fits my needs. Delivery service was spot on and cain was very informative on delivery.

Very impressed with my new scooter. Mason was excellent in finding me the correct scooter and Im so happy with it. Cain on delivery was excellent and was very patient in explaining om how to use it and would just like to thank whole mobility team.

Just purchased a riser recliner chair and it is very comfortable and is very good with helping me in and out of the chair. Also purchased a folding scooter which im delighted with and will help with everyday use. Overall would just like to thank mobility connect for there professionalism and overall service. ignite mini the biggest mistake i have made its very jerky if you go above 5 mph you feel like every bone in your body is shaking,very very flimsy made,even the floor mats pop thre plastic peg an come up if you hit a bump paid 3000£,cashshould have brought a cheap second hand one, would probably last longer ,this is the 5 th one i have had , and i would never ever recomend this scooter the only good thing is the heated seat, but the bad well outdoes the nice

My daughter previously bought a scooter and that's what twisted my arm into buying one through mobility connect. They have always looked after my daughter if she's ever had any problems. Very happy with my new scooter and loving the purple. Delivery service was fantastic and was explained thoroughly on delivery how to use.

Brought a brand new scooter from this company and after 6 weeks it broke down they tried every thing to say there was nothing wrong with it.after having it in the workshop for now nearly 3 weeks they now say they have had to replace the transmission axle as it was faulty. I have bought 3 scooters over the last 10 years from this company but this is the last time I will use them.their customer service is more or less none helpful you get a advisor that is rude to you and puts the phone down on you you ask to speak to a manager and not able to

Always been very good with me. Never had a problem with you guys. This is my second scooter now through mobility connect. Had my first scooter for 6 years and never had a problem, would always recommend.
