My Order is delivered before I get up each day it is expected - safe and sound, with the bottle of milk, butter, eggs, etc put in the cool box. Loo rolls in the large cool box when delivered. This is essential so that the fox can't get them! When I have compost etc that is put in a safe place too.
The delivery lady is thoroughly reliable as are those who deputise for her when required.

I ordered a few bags of compost as they had a sale. On the day of delivery I was not notified of the delivery time at all, as other delivery companies do - I was forced to stay in all day to wait and see when it would arrive. Late afternoon (and after multiple times checking) I found the items dumped outside the gates, completely open to the public. One of bags was open and soil had spilt from it, and there was also one missing bag. After contacting customer service, they insisted all my items had been delivered and refused to replace the missing item, or the open one. They insisted they could only refund the missing item and couldn't do the open one, meaning I now can't work on the project I needed to as I don't have enough! I wont be ordering from this company again - the stress isn't worth it.

I am really disappointed with the app and online ordering. Tonight I have been billed for a double delivery tomorrow week 28/8 it is currently the 20/8. I go online and on the app and all I get is a message that you cannot change this days order or in the app that an unexpected error has occurred. This is unacceptable as I have to remember to try again or telephone where you end up wasting so much time for someone to answer the phone. The app and online site is so badly coded it should be rewritten with the customer in mind not the back system.

I have used Milk & More for some years now. As a singleton on a pension, all I order is milk and fruit juice. Their service, like milkmen of old, saves me from worrying or running out, being regular and reliable, as well as helping reduce plastic waste. Friends use them for the same reasons.

It's great to wake up to fresh milk on your doorstep. Delicious taste, delivered locally and professional staff.

It is so convenient to have my bread and pastries on the doorstep with my milk delivery and any other items I may order. The only problem I have had is, on a couple of occasions, the bread that I had ordered, was unavailable, so as long as I also order croissants so that I have something to tuck into that is fiine. On the whole I am very satisfied with Milk and More.

My mobility is poor and I cannot use the local shops for my provisions.
I do value the service you provide. I shop online about once a fortnight with my local supermarket but obviously certain items will not last for two weeks. It helps enormously that many items can be ordered online from Milk and More and it is delivered to my front door with my next milk delivery. An excellent service, thank you! Not to forget my milk man, a man who delivers milk and provisions to my doorstep in the middle of the nigh. Definitely five star service!

Fantastic service with more than just milk on offer. Glass bottles that are always waiting for me when I get up in the morning. I love this service.

They've taken their email address off the website making it more difficult to report and issue with an order.

Most of the time they're fine, but every now and then I open the door to the same empty milk bottles I left out, and they insist the order is "complete". They double down on their insistence they've delivered and it's like trying to get blood out of a stone getting them to refund the order they haven't delivered.

It'd be a shame to go back to supermarket milk in plastic bottles, but it might be necessary if this keeps happening.

We never see our milkman as he delivers very early, but he,'s brilliant giving sensible substitutions when things go wrong. He has never let us down. An excellent service with a good website

Always there in the morning, glass bottles, very easy to amend, or order place order - brilliant.

He is amazing and reliable we have never had any issues with the deliveries. We are very lucky to have him.
