Milk delivered early always there when I get up at 6.30. No issues with service or milk quality. No boaver either so all good for me. 👍

You can tell how good a company is when they act accordingly to rectify mistakes. The driver delivered my order to the wrong address, I highlighted the issue and the customer service team via messenger and email were on it and sorted the issue. I got my order albeit 2 days late and an apology voucher and email. So all good. After the initial teething problems Watsons Pantry came good hence the 4 stars.

So nice to have fresh milk delivered to our door, no more running out if milk at the last minute.

I’ve been using Watsons Pantry for about 3 months and I love having fresh milk and eggs delivered to my door. I never run out of milk any more! Good quality products too. Always arrives on the correct day and they even brought the delivery forward to Good Friday so I wouldn’t miss out on my Easter Monday delivery. Would highly recommend!

Milk and more under a different guise. Watsons Pantry is without doubt a complete scam. A company that does not deliver on its promise. So pleased i found out sooner rather than later and only got scammed for a relatively small sum of money. Does not answer messages on socials. Beware !

Professional, true to their word with the delivery of service. Juices are very tasty to the last drop. Would love for your company to restart distribution of bottled juice.

Fantastic service! I can’t believe the prices, everything is so affordable, and it’s all delivered for free. I couldn’t recommend this enough, it’s saved me so much time in the mornings and the product quality is great too. The milkman is fantastic as well. Super happy with everything!

Because they do not reply to emails to the customer service email address they provide. I thought I would leave a review here based on my first order. This is the email I sent- so you can see my problem. I will not be ordering from them again.

I was shocked to be given OATLY as a substitute this morning on my first order - rather than the fresh OATO milk I had ordered.
It kind of defeats the point in ordering this, I was told it was family run when I signed up at the door, but the transaction has also come out as Milk&More.
The Milk itself is not Watsons Pantry but Freshway?
I did not agree to substitutions and if I wanted OATLY milk I can just buy it in bulk, After all its long life milk.

I find the taste of milk very good. We receive our supply of milk and eggs regularly, and in a way that it is secured from the thieves.

Easy to order, easy to skip, easy to cancel. Good options to choose from and the menu keeps growing.

Fantastic service, always delivered for when I get up. Payments are easy and only one substitution since I started with them and that was because of the snow and they gave me an extra loaf of bread for the inconvenience. Would recommend to anyone 👌🏻

Such a great service. The team cannot do enough to help when querying orders and the drivers are so friendly. The app makes it so easy to keep track of my orders and there is always fantastic communication if delivery days need to change for bank holidays.

Great service and back to old fashion traditions, milk is always on the doorstep before we wake up. Easy to postpone deliveries using the app if your on holiday was very skeptical when we first signed up but am now very surprised by the service and would recommend to others and have done.
