very rarely any deliveries skipped (for unpredictable reasons). I get what I order and I'm very happy with it.

I have been a totally Welsh customer for years, and when Milk and More took over their deliveries, my shelf life was drastically altered. I now am getting milk with a 3 day shelf life including the delivery day which I find is absolutely too short as I have my milk delivered once a week and the milk doesn't reach my delivery date. I have contacted them on several occasions asking for a longer shelf date as all markets have Totally Welsh milk with a week plus shelf life. Milk and more might be within their "contracted 3 day time limit" but I feel they are abusing their customers. After each complaint, the next week or two had milk delivered with a 6-7 day shelf life, then they went back to 3 day. It is unacceptable that when I am happily paying for the delivery service, my deliveries are not up to what I consider a reasonable standard.

I have had deliveries from Milk & More for many many years and the service has always been excellent. The deliveries are always reliable and on time in all weather's. The website is easy to use especially when changing or cancelling deliveries for holidays etc.

Things missed off the order. Wrong items sent. Tried to contact the support line. Some guy from Pakistan answered couldn’t help with my issues couldn’t t understand me.
Avoid at all costs. Better options available

I love having fresh milk in proper glass bottles, my dad was a milkman and I have always wanted to keep up the tradition of milk being delivered, 9 times out of 10 my milk is fine, good and fresh, but as it is delivered realy early, sometimes it starts to go off quick, I have a cool box on the step but it took a while for the milkman to start putting it in the box.

Very reliable

The system is easy and straightforward with an ability to amend orders without issue. Milk is always 'on the step' for first thing in the morning - no problems!

A efficient service over many years a great help to us oldies

Generally very good but dips a bit when there is a new round's man. The current one leaves my milk etc in my cool box with the lid wide open which defeats the object somewhat.
Fruit is sometimes very bruised and Warburtons bread goes moldy very quickly.

The milk is always there when we need it.
And it arrives noiselessly VERY EARLY I assume.

Sadly been a customer for years but these last week weeks, I've had bad milk, wrong bread delivered and today tried the veg and fruit box for £17...Very disappointed. Those carrots should never have gone into the box and to be honest for the price could have brought organic veg from Tesco picked my own and had apples without brown spots.

We have had our milk delivered for several years now . I’m pleased to say we have never had a missed delivery. It arrives fresh bottled and on the doorstep.
There are many extras you can purchase from drinks to croissants butter and so much more , too many to list here . Order before 9 pm and it’s there the next day .
I love that it’s a tradition that carries on and hopefully will for many years .

No complaints. Reliable & convenient service & never let me down. Ordering, paying, cancelling and amending orders all very easy and straightforward through the app. Good choice of additional items which can be added to order last minute should I choose to do so

The milk goes off quickly within several days, which makes me think it's been hanging around at depots before it even gets delivered.
We've stopped ordering as we ended up throwing a lot of it down the sink, we've switched to a local farm supplier who's milk last longer as its fresher

I have been using milk and more for almost 7 years and find the service excellent. The app and website are easy to use and it is so easy to amend an order. Choice selection is extensive.
