been trying to withdraw my winnings for days thru interac,they keep refusing the withrdawal and telling me to try again later, they reasoning keeps going round and round for days now, no answers they just keep telling you to try later or technical issue. its been days nothing happen, they just scamming people. avoid this betting site at all cost.

My account was blocked for Identity verification. I sent an email to the team on 27th January regarding that.

I was asked to provide my Identity card, picture holding same identity card and phone containing our email exchange, then a transaction history of my bank where I made deposits into my melbet account.

I provided everything requested for. Next the team said I should hold on for video verification before I can access my account.

This back and forth has been going on for 15 good days, that is half a month, I keep asking for either the video verification, access to my account or a refund of my money, but they keep saying I should wait, they will get back to me.

For 15 days you can reply my mail saying I should wait, but can’t allow me access to my account, am I had running games as at the timey account was restricted

They are scams who just want to take my money, and it is sad

My account ID is visibly up there if truly Melbet wants to resolve my issue.

How every two days ago they acknowledged my mail and documents which I provided still on trust pilot. Shame on you guys

Meanwhile, I have been communicating with the verification team and also copied the complaints team in the mail regarding this issue and was told by the verification team that I should wait between 90 days to 1 year for resolution is this issues.

This simply means you have scammed me of my money and do not plan to repay me

I create account on malbet I didnt even claim bonus etc. I deposit usdt and I won and when I try to withdraw deposit they suddenly as for document which I have no problem of providing. But they keep repeating same message even after i sent the document exactly the way they asked. Careful its a scam. Dont take my words. Try yourself and see for sure. Fraudulent and scam bookmaker. This website has kept me away from withdrawal over two weeks on their verification only because I won money here. They are scammers and they don't play fairly

Another fruad happened in Melbet with me .and i have noticed every fraud that happened is on friday only first payment of 10000 twice in December and than 30000 in January and 9800 on 6th feb .. i have provided every details .. but they don't get satisfied . When i ask them for proof they say they don't provide proof . So it's a request to the government as well as people of all over the world . Stop using this fake and fraud site . They are just fraud nothing else ...

Don't use this scam app. I still haven't received the deposit i made on 21st of January. When I contacted support they just brushed it off by saying it’s “system error” there is nothing they can do. They didn't even refund. I am actually filing official report.

It has been over 14 days since Melbet withheld 500 USD from my account following a technical bug in their "Fast Keno" game. Despite their polite "PR" response here on Trustpilot, the reality is a total scam.
​I have officially initiated legal and administrative procedures with the relevant gambling authorities and international mediation platforms to recover my funds. I will no longer accept their automated excuses.
​Here is why Melbet is a fraudulent platform:
​Zero Transparency: For 14 days, they have refused to provide a case number or any concrete tracking. They use "shuffling" tactics, moving my file between random departments (Promo Experts, Slot Experts) just to waste time.
​Hiding Evidence: Immediately after I reported the issue, they removed the game from their site to erase traces of the bug. They then had the nerve to ask me for screenshots of a game THEY deleted!
​Broken Promises: Their support explicitly promised a resolution within 24 hours. Once the deadline passed, they shamelessly claimed it was just an "expectation," not a promise. This is pure bad faith.
​Exhaustion Strategy: They are deliberately delaying the process, hoping that I will give up on my money.
​Player ID: 273101735. I will not stop until I recover my money and expose these fraudulent practices on every gambling forum. A site that hides its own technical failures to steal from its customers does not deserve to operate.

It's a worst platform, I'm playing past 5 years in this platform.I'm saw in my life time.. All the times withdrawal mode was disabled and if I initiated withdrawal request need to wait 48 hours .. After that I need to create payment queries, they will simply reject the transaction request with a comment of technical error.. If we playing these types of platforms, we loose our money.. It's a trap or scam

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

First I had an issue depositing in which it took three days for the money to finally appear. That is just the start of the trouble.

Once I went to withdraw my money I got hit with what they call a verification process. It took 2 weeks for them to finally verify my account after having to send in about 6 different documents and photos and anything they could think of in that moment.

Then I finally get an email saying I’ve been verified and I can withdraw my money but when I go to withdraw my money there’s no option that I can use to withdraw my money. They say that because I deposited using the e-transfer option I must withdraw with the same option…however that option is magically gone from me to choose from. They have plenty of other options and when I try to use those an error pops up and says I have to use the same method.

This is where the trouble only begins because you message the support chat and all they do is read from a script that doesn’t answer your question or help. You call the phone number and they give you the same answers word for word as the support chat. Then you try to email them and the emails don’t even answer the question you ask because again they just send you the same answers from a script.

And to make things worse they have tried to persuade me on 2 several occasions to deposit more money using a different method claiming that once I do that I’ll be able to withdraw using the new method. There is no way I will put any more money into my account. I will not use them or continue to play here until this is resolved. I would never recommend anyone to play here.

For everyone wondering what it’s like dealing with them just look at their response to my review. I’ve already been verified and was told I can withdraw. Now they are asking for more information through here. The issue is they are asking for information I’m not able to provide. I CANT PROVIDE THAT INFORMATION BECAUSE THEY HAVE DISABLED MY ABILITY TO WITHDRAW WITH E-TRANSFER. IM NOT ABLE TO WITHDRAW.

⚠️ **Funds Debited via UPI but Melbet Did NOT Credit Deposit – Very Disappointing**

I made **two separate UPI deposits on different dates**, and in both cases the amount was **successfully debited from my bank account**, but Melbet did **not credit the money to my account**.

Both transactions clearly show **“Successful”** in my bank app. I have already shared:

* Bank screenshots
* UPI reference numbers (UTR)
* Full transaction details

However, Melbet closed my ticket and is repeatedly asking for an **ARN number**, while my bank has clearly confirmed that **ARN is NOT generated or provided for UPI transactions**. The official tracking number for UPI is the **UTR**, which I have already provided.

If Melbet claims they did not receive the funds, they should:

* Check with their acquiring / merchant bank
* Provide confirmation from their bank that these UTRs were not received

Instead, they are shifting responsibility to the customer while the funds are already debited.

This is extremely disappointing payment handling and support behavior.
I am still waiting for my total amount of **₹39,152** to be either credited or properly traced.

I request Melbet’s senior payments team to review this case and resolve it urgently. Until this is resolved, I do not recommend using Melbet.

I moved from 1xbet due to problems with this security team blocked my account then i started using melbet knowing both company are same.

Also a company named megapari is also same.

The issue is that i have 25881.33 balance in account and melbet said verify and mail security team. I have sent everything they said but now they are asking that in my accounts statement my account number should be my mobile number how is this possible?

Mobile number cannot be a account number. They are repeatedly asking for my account statement and the account number should be my mobile number. This is a wrong request and i have explained them all. They are holding my funds without any reason and not replying. I have escalated the issue with casino guru temporarily and I'll also take legal actions against this.

Hi i have an account in Melbet with id:1382024035. My account was blocked and withdrawals was suspended on November 10th 2025 after winning in roulette. Post which Melbet asked me to provide documents for verification of the account, for which i provided all the documents requested by them (aadhar, passport, utility bills, photo with drivers liscence, voter id, phone number verification from app, photo with code, drivers liscence). Even after providing them with all these documents their verification is yet to be completed and it has been more than two months since this process has started. They are literally making me beg for my money. i have lost a lot of money on their website but now when they have to pay me they are delaying and by the looks of it they are not willing to pay me my money and give access to my account. Melbet has treated my request with no consideration to resolve it . Kindly help me get me my money from Melbet.

Update on 28th Jan 2026: It has been more than two and a half months there is no reply from Melbet or their security team. I have submitted all the documents. They even stopped replying to emails which was the only means of communication with them. They are just toying with the customers.

I am writing to report an issue with four deposit transactions that have been deducted from my side but have not been reflected in my Melbet account for more than 9 days, despite repeated follow-up.

All four deposits were made to my Melbet account under Player ID 956610219. The first transaction was for 250 Egyptian pounds via Vodafone Cash on 27/12/2025. The second transaction was for 360 Egyptian pounds via Instapay on 1/1/2026. The third transaction was for 1,000 Egyptian pounds via Instapay on 4/1/2026. The fourth transaction was for 535 Egyptian pounds via Vodafone Cash, also on 4/1/2026. The total of these deposits has been successfully deducted from my payment methods, but my Melbet balance has not been updated accordingly.

I have already contacted Melbet customer support several times regarding this matter, but the only response I receive is to “wait,” without any concrete solution, clear timeframe, or proper explanation. This situation has now been ongoing for over 9 days, which is unacceptable for financial transactions.

I request that all four deposits mentioned above be immediately credited to my Melbet account under Player ID 956610219 and that a suitable compensation be provided for the significant delay and inconvenience caused. I also expect a clear explanation of why this issue occurred and what measures will be taken to prevent such problems in the future.

Registration took a couple of minutes, and they didn't ask for any unnecessary information. The interface is intuitive, and you can generally figure it out without instructions, althought some sections are not immediately obvious. It works stably, and pages load normally, but I would like it to be a little faster during peak hours.
