I am submitting this complaint against MelBet Partners due to unfair account closure, blocked access to my player account, withholding of my legitimately earned affiliate funds, and lack of response from their support team.

I was promoting MelBet in good faith and in full compliance with their terms and conditions. I successfully generated legitimate affiliate earnings and transferred these profits to my player account, as allowed by the platform.

I did not withdraw the funds and left them in my player account. Shortly after, I received a message stating that my affiliate account could not be confirmed, and it was closed without any clear explanation or evidence of violation.

After this, I attempted to log in to my player account, but I was unable to access it. The system indicated that my password was incorrect. I tried multiple times to reset my password using the "Forgot Password" option, but I did not receive any reset email.

Additionally, I contacted their support team via email () to resolve the issue, but I have not received any response so far.

This situation raises serious concerns:

- My earnings were generated legitimately.
- Funds were transferred but never withdrawn.
- My affiliate account was closed without justification.
- My player account access was blocked immediately after.
- Password recovery is not working.
- Support team is unresponsive.

I request the following:

- A clear and detailed explanation for the account closure.
- Immediate restoration of access to my player account.
- The ability to withdraw my funds without restrictions.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will continue escalating this matter through multiple complaint platforms and relevant authorities.

I have been unable to withdraw my money from MelBet for over 30 days, and this situation is extremely frustrating.

The only withdrawal method available to me (POS agent) has completely disappeared from my account. The agent I previously used is not responding at all, and his phone is switched off.

I contacted customer support many times, provided all requested documents and screenshots, and fully followed their instructions, including account verification and account merging. Despite this, I keep receiving the same repeated responses that the issue is “under investigation” with no real progress or solution.

At this point, I am completely unable to access my funds, which is unacceptable.

This experience has seriously affected my trust in the platform. I strongly advise others to be very careful.

I contacted MelBet support many times and received only repeated responses saying the issue is under investigation without any real solution.

After posting this review, I was asked to contact the processing team. However, they informed me that this issue is not their responsibility and redirected me back to support.

This has created a continuous loop with no resolution, and I am still unable to access my funds.

You blocked my account for security reasons and I cannot withdraw money. Why did you do this, and I expect proof of this. Otherwise, I will file complaints with all legal licensing authorities regarding your company, if that's the license you are registered with.

writing this to warn others about Melbet. I have a major issue with a deposit of 160,000 DZD and winnings that were illegally voided on March 5th/6th.
Even though agent Qasim admitted there was a technical error (Inquiry #14205112), the support team is now stalling and providing false information, claiming my email is not linked to my account—which is a complete lie as my account is fully verified.
I have all the screenshots, chat transcripts, and proofs. They are withholding my money without any legal reason. If this is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this to the Curacao Gaming Authority.

I made a deposit of 500 EGP on March 12, 2026, at 5:27 AM, and the transfer went through. I contacted the all supports ( mail.phone) and sent them a screenshot of the transaction and a video from the Vodafone Cash app showing the process and the transaction ID. I also sent a screen recording of my conversation with support, where they confirmed the transfer was successful and that the issue is with the company's agent number. Despite all this, they are asking for a stamped account statement, which is impossible since it requires a prosecution warrant and a company letter. One of the worst apps to work with as depositing is oky but when it comes to withdrawing you cannot as they keep sending withdrawing codes that are rejected coz they are a scum in totality.

After placing a bet on Melbet and winning, I requested a withdrawal from my account. Usually, withdrawals from their platform hit my bank account in under 10 minutes, so when this one started taking hours, it immediately seemed strange.

It was already late, so I went to sleep. When I woke up, I saw an email from Melbet saying I needed to complete a “video verification” because my account had been flagged.
When I tried to log in to check what was going on, I was met with a message saying my account had been blocked.
Honestly, this feels very unfair. It’s like the moment someone wins and tries to withdraw their money, their account suddenly becomes an issue. Instead of processing the withdrawal, they block the account.

For context, I currently have over ₦200,000 in that Melbet account, and now it’s suspended without any clear explanation. Even if they decide to permanently close my account, the least they could do is allow me to withdraw the money that belongs to me.

Right now it just feels like my funds are being held for no good reason, and that’s not how a legitimate platform should treat its users.
To anyone thinking about joining Melbet, just be careful.

this issue started on March 5th, 2026. Since then, I’ve been in contact with Melbet support. They asked me to send a live photo of myself holding my valid government-issued ID for verification.

I’ve done that multiple times and sent the photos through email as requested.

Despite this, they keep replying with the same scripted response claiming that the text on the ID is not clearly visible. That doesn’t make sense because the image is perfectly clear the details on the ID can easily be seen.

At this point, it feels like they are just making excuses instead of resolving the issue. I have submitted every document they asked for, yet my account is still blocked and my funds remain inaccessible.
It’s extremely frustrating and makes the situation look very questionable.

Very Bad Experience – Funds Not Credited
I am writing this review to warn others about my current situation.
I have made three separate deposits, all successfully deducted from my bank account. However, none of these deposits have been credited to my Melbet account.
I immediately created support tickets for all three transactions and contacted customer service via email. I provided all requested documents, including official bank confirmation, transaction IDs, dates, and proof of payment.
Despite fully cooperating and sending every required document, nothing has been resolved. It has now been more than a week with no clear answer, no timeline, and no solution — only repeated requests to “wait.”
This is completely unacceptable. Deposits should not take over a week to process, especially when verified proof of payment has been provided.
Holding customers’ money without resolution damages trust and raises serious concerns about reliability.
I expect immediate action to credit my account or refund my money. Until then, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone.

Melbet is such a scam. My bets were winning based on the official box scores of the National Basketball Association (NBA). The over bets I placed should have won, but on their end they were marked as losses. They have their own reference for NBA stats. It feels like you’re not allowed to win two times in a row, or else something like this happens to you.

Their customer service is also useless. They don’t take any action and are completely worthless.

I provided my bank statement generated directly from the official app of PALMPAY, but it was rejected as “fake.” I was then asked to provide an electricity bill.
