What a lovely bed. The quality was second to non. Ordered a Stroage bed and it arrived after a week. What a lovely bed. The matters, after two night sleep, has had me kicking myself wondering why I hadn’t ordered sooner. Over all great, customer service seems to be improving in contrast to the previous reviews.

I have ordered two king size, two super king and one storage box from Luxury Beds Online and the build quality is very very good. The fabrics they use are lovely and overall the finished products are excellent.

What lets them down however is their customer service. Their communication in general is pretty terrible and they need to review their delivery process - as someone else has noted before they will deliver your order with little to no notice whenever suits them.

This company invested on their website and their Instagram account to create the illusion of a good product and customer service. Once you place, your order is when you get to see the REAL DEAL!
No delivery updates, they will just turn up to your home without telling you and treating you like if they are making you a favour. Waiting so long for my bed just to find out that the quality was disgraceful, cardboard is stronger!
Don’t let the nice pictures fool you, these beds are not worth the money or the hassle.
As expected, the return process was extremely painful and upsetting.

Extremely bed customer experience. Once the money is taken there is absolutely no communication. Called 5 times was promised a delivery and was left waiting until 9pm.
