Absolutely disgusted

Absolutely disgusted! Ordered a bedhead over a year ago, kept fobbing me off, using Covid as an excuse. Don't believe now that I was ever going to get a bedhead!! Am now pursuing my £1430 through the courts at more expense. Terrible experience.

Myself and my son went to bluewater on…

Myself and my son went to bluewater on sunday especially to see the stand, and didnt know what to expect...we have just brought our house and are looking for beds for his and my room....greeted with such a nice gentleman by the name of Joe, who talekd us through and made us feel what the right beds were. Such a professional and welcoming team, well needless to say we chose the mattress and beds and colours and will be making our order this week. We were also given a little goodie bag as well...this type of company makes buying so much more pleasant. Only real issue is the 10-12 week waiting time but hoping it can be sooner if need be?

DO NOT USE

I ordered a bed from Luxury Beds Online back in April 2020. After some chasing it was surprisingly delivered in June 2020 (despite being told it was a 3-4 week lead time)

I loved the style of the bed, but unfortunately the mirror used was poor quality & damaged (scratches/sharp edges/dents). After reporting the issue, I was promised a replacement headboard... yep you guessed it, 1 year later I am still waiting for my replacement headboard and now they are ignoring my messages!

I never normally leave reviews, but I wouldn’t want anyone else making the same mistake as me! Avoid this company!

Fraudulent company

Fraudulent company. Phone number cuts off after message, they don't reply to emails, the quality of the beds are poor and the last update to their twiiter profile is from last year.

***USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. IF YOU EVEN MANAGE TO GET THROUGH***

If I can give it a 0 I would. Their customer service is appalling. I usually never leave reviews but for this company I just had to! They keep promising that you will receive your product by delaying it each week and now its come to a point where they don't even have the decency to respond at all! don't buy from them!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY This is quite honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with. We ordered a bed on 3rd March was told 4-6 weeks delivery.
After 8 weeks (and hearing nothing)from them I managed to get them to answer the phone (you will usually get the recorded message which cuts you off after 2 rings) they said ‘really sorry’ it will be delivered on 2nd may. 2nd may comes no delivery.
So I ring them again and told ‘oh let us give you £50 refund for waiting so long’ do you think they sent the refund? Guess what....NO. I also asked to speak to a manager and was told someone would call me but again nothing. They have never replied to any emails I have sent. I rang them again and was told delivery would be this weekend so I rang to check this was actually going to happen and lo and behold it’s not coming once again and they cannot tell me when it will come.
My advice read the reviews. I wish I had because all the negative ones are true and very similar to what has happened to me.
Spend your money anywhere else.

These people are frauds, I have been told this company is associated with “Chesterfield Beds” who are known scammers. they promise you each week that your bed will arrive and when the day before they promised delivery comes they say sorry it will be next week and this will go on for months. I did not receive a refund for many months after being messed around. They are rude and do not respond to phone calls or messages. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be very out of pocket with no bed.

SCAM!!!

SCAM!!!

The positive reviews on here must be fake, because when you find and read the negative ones they all say the same thing. Scam/Fraud and exactly the same situation as those reviews has happened to me.
I ordered a bed and mattress on the 18/12/2020 with a 6-8 week delivery timescale.

Each time the timescale slipped and I was told the delivery date would be delayed.

Eventually by mid April I was told the bed was ready and it would be delivered the following week. Nothing, this kept getting pushed back four or five times.

I could not wait any longer and I asked for a refund which they confirmed they would process over the phone.

It’s now been two weeks and I haven’t received a refund and they have stopped replying to emails and any form of communication. I will be reporting to trading standards and dealing with legally to recover my money.

I’m struggling financially on maternity pay and this fraudulent company has had my money with no intention of delivering a bed for 5 months now.

AVOID AT ALL COST

AWFUL !

AWFUL !! DO NOT USE! SCAM

Don't be fooled by the good reviews!!

paid for a bed at beginning if March. No bed still. Have emailed so many times. Called numerous times straight through to a giff gaff voicemail. No one has responded. Phone line not answered

Paid on my credit card now hsbc are investigating for A full refund under the credit consumer act 1975.

Such a nightmare!

They are called Mr Chesterfield beds now..

BEDS DO NOT LAST POOR QUALITY!!

BEDS DO NOT LAST!!!

I bought a bed from here two years ago and here we are two years later with the head board falling apart from the main bolt due to the wooden bolts loosening. I contacted them via email and Instagram with pictures and video requesting new bolts. Once they finally got back to me, it took co start chasing to get the bolts delivered, (about a month after I originally requested) they sent the wrong bolts. I contacted them to request the correct ones and almost 6 weeks later I’m still waiting. I’ve msgd constantly on Instagram seeing as no one bothers to answer the phone or reply to emails but they’re more interested in posting on their story than satisfying existing customers. I wouldn’t recommend them at all. Yes the beds look great when they arrive but its falling apart already. Don’t waste your money. Poor quality and even worse customer service. Disappointing.

BEAUTIFUL BEDS!

Ordered our bed from this company and we were so worried as we wasn’t able to visit the showroom and see what we were purchasing.

However, we need not have worried. I rang up the showroom, David answered and after speaking to him and relaying our concerns he offered to take a video of all the beds we were looking at. After seeing them and ordering the samples we decided on the bed we wanted which was the Hamilton storage bed with wings and we are extremely happy with it. It is very well made, luxurious and is a good solid bed with plenty of storage. The detail on the headboard is so precise and looks perfect. We are so happy with it that we ordered a wall board for our Daughter’s room and will be ordering a bed in the new year for our Son.

The customer service we have received from this company has been exceptional which is the reason we have returned. Thank you Luxury Beds Online.

Don’t be put off by bad reviews! When I read previous reviews saying the…

When I read previous reviews saying the company was a fraud etc I was really worried however I got a good deal on Instagram and the person I was talking to from the company was so helpful i thought I would take a chance! I am so happy I did, the bed arrived as promised within 6 weeks, in perfect condition and easy to put up. The delivery man was lovely and all the communication I have had with the company has been nothing but professional and prompt. I will be recommending to my friends and will use again! Also the bed is beautiful and a super price! Thank you luxury beds online!

Luxury bed online now called mr chesterfield is a fraud!!!

They are a fraudulent company!!! Stay clear! I paid for a bed which I never got till this day. They promised a refund and never followed through. A year later and now, they no longer respond to emails. They have changed the company name because they have been reported by so many people. They want to keep going with the fraud of taking people’s money. Stay clear!!! It’s a scam. I think it’s now called Mr chesterfields or something. I have emails from them. I can always send screen shots of the emails.
