The driver was friendly, polite and courteous. He offered an immediate apology upon arrival for being slightly delayed.
9.8/10 Only because there's always room for improvement and not to indicate any issues as there weren't any.

Abysmal customer service
Abysmal customer service. Door installation was delayed as we had a severe leak in our upstairs bathroom. 3 of the doors ended up being a bit too big. Despite appropriate storage, LPD refused to allow us to exchange the doors for a different size. Forcing us to repurchase as they needed to match the rest of the house. £400 down, a very expensive leak repair and zero compassion from a company that can very easily take the doors back to be resold even when i was willing to pay for the return. Don't bother, they don't care about their customers

I bought a set of room divider doors some 18 months ago. For no apparent reason the glass on one of them broke. It’s a complete piece of glass with no way to remove and replace. Arrogant driver
Prompt delivery when I expected - but the drivers attitude to bringing the doors into the house when I asked if this was okay was pretty rubbish. I understand they have limitations and reasons for not helping out if they’re not allowed - but maybe explain that with a bit of a smile to the girl who’s clearly home alone and going to struggle rather than being arrogant and unhelpful.

Let there be light and beauty in my home
We live in a ground floor flat. Our hallway has no natural light so it’s quite dim and uninviting. I bought 3 of these doors with glass to replace some of the old solid doors and allow the natural light to come through from the living room and kitchen.
I have a very tight schedule and was worried about whether the doors would arrive at a time that I could manage to take delivery. The doors and the fittings pack arrived in 2 separate deliveries. On both occasions I was sent advance notice of a 2-hour window with the option of rearranging for a more suitable time. Both deliveries arrived exactly as expected. All the items were superbly well packed and the deliveries went very smoothly.
The handles came first. I’m so pleased with how good they look. The doors came this morning. They are truly beautiful. I liked them a lot when I saw them online but now I’ve seen them close up I just love them. I can’t wait to get them fitted. As soon as I can afford it, I’ll be replacing all the rest of the doors in the flat to match these.

Don't buy if its coming from lpd doors…
Don't buy if its coming from lpd doors I bought my doors from internaldoors.co.uk and lpd sent the wrong size and now trying to get the seller to get lpd doors to send correct size is near to impossible. I am going to ask my Bank to do a charge back, they take your money and dont send the correct product.
In regards to your reply I have spoken every other day to the stockist and they are saying delay is on your end and they have asked you to send the correct size doors and still waiting.
