Slight delay but a happy customer
Slight delay due to a supply chain issue. I was kept up to date along the way and in the end the guys shopped around other stores and despatched my order from existing stock. Yes something went slightly wrong but the customer service was excellent

Guys did me a solid
I owe the team an apology if I alarmed anyone today. I was a frustrated dad in a stressful situation, and I'm sure my frustration showed. If I came across the wrong way, I'm genuinely sorry.
The important part is how the team responded. They listened, understood where I was coming from, and went out of their way to help. They really pulled through for me and turned what started as a stressful visit into a genuinely positive experience. By the time I left, we could probably have had a group hug! Thanks again to everyone at Leisure Lakes Nottingham.
