Leisure Lakes Bikes - Cheltenham Reviews 

Ordered a bike via the cycle to work scheme. Got regular updates from the Cheltenham team, and quick answers to my questions via email which is great.

But, what really stood out.......When I went to pick up the bike, Ian spent a long time with me, making sure the bike was properly set up to my height/weight, and ran me through all the features and made sure I was completely happy before letting me walk out the door. There was no time pressure, he was just happy to make sure I was happy.

Great delivery service and rocked up to Jersey channel Islands Sunday sadly the pedals were damaged on the right hand side thread I took photos of this and sent over to Ben in Cheltham very helpful to start and I followed up with extra photos then no more communication I called the shop yesterday afternoon and spoke to another guy and he told me the manager would be back in tomorrow but is advise fill the thread down a bit and not to much of a problem so I took advice a tried and still no look so ordered another set so £80 +£80 for the first set so cost me double bubble and no feed back not the best service so much for customers service let's see if they respond to this review. The personal touch made this company stand out to me so I ordered again from them. The communication from the company was 1st class. Delivery service no problems . The item I choose was out of stock but as soon as it was back in stock the company contacted me. My item arrived fast and packaged well and as always such great prices. 5 ☆ from me.

I’d ordered some trousers for my son online and they came but unfortunately didn’t fit. I rang one of the shops up and asked if I could return to store they said yes so I drove to my local store and received a refund. When we were there we luckily found another pair and my son was very happy. Helpful staff. Would buy from them again.
