The customer support from this company is non existent
The customer support from this company has been non existent. We bought two Kabuki floor lamps at a cost of €1500. One stopped working about 18 months after our purchase despite not using it often. I emailed their customer support team in Italy. The Italian support centre will only help you if you purchased your item from their own online store but we had bought them from an online retailer who unfortunately now do not exist. The customer support team in Italy advised to email my enquiry to another email address which I’ve done twice now with no response whatsoever. My advice would be to not purchase from this company as their items are expensive and they obviously do not care about their customers at all. I am going to spread the word on Facebook and other social media networks advising not to buy from them as it is 2020 and this poor customer support isn’t acceptable. As consumers we can vote with our wallet and just not give these companies the business.

Great design but cheap production - looks awful
I bought the yellow F/Ly pendant from
Heals. The dome/diffuser is a delicate pale translucent lemon, very discreet. However the ceiling rose it comes with is made of a different material and colour - it’s a heavier semi opaque plastic in a dark almost burnt yellow . Both colours are good but they mismatch completely . Looks dreadful , really poor. I emailed Kartell and so did Heals on my behalf but no reply from Kartell. This F/ly pendant is great design but very poorly made in cheap plastic -looks like a £29 mismatch from eBay . Crap, non existent service from Kartell

I have 2 Bourgie lamps and have had…
I have 2 Bourgie lamps and have had nothing but trouble with the switches. I have replaced fuses and bulbs so many times and now they are not working at all. Considering that these are not cheap lamps I am very disappointed and would not buy anything from this company again.
