We bought 2 toilet units
We bought 2 toilet units, one of them had a leakage issue, so we had to pay the plumbing cost twice. We kindly asked them to compensate plumbing cost which was due to their defective unit, but they have not helped.

Absolutely useless do not recommend avoid at all costs
Purchased a bathroom light - first one faulty - second one has been temperamental until finally stopped. Apparently has a 3 yr guarantee which they refuse to honour.
GO TO A REPUTABLE COMPANY IF YOU WANT DECENT SERVICE -
AQVOID AT ALL COSTS.
If you're looking for help from Kartell Customer Services, don't bother. The bathroom fitter we used to install 2 bathrooms has ceased trading and disappeared. The K-Vit heated towel and element, manufactured by Kartell and supplied by him, has proved faulty, but their customer services representative, Abbi Foster, could not have been less interested. She claims that they won't deal with the end users, only the supplier, and says that as a consequence, they won't honour the K-Vit manufacturer's warranty. I'm now looking at over a thousand pounds worth of K-Vit bathroom kit and praying that it won't fail. You have been warned. Merlyn Showering, on the other hand, couldn't have been more helpful when I contacted them over some missing parts.
Formidable service
I purchased 2 Plus-21 radiators from the Radiator Warehouse and they arrived in good time.
However the angi-vjbration spacers were not in the package.
I sent an email on Sunday night and got a response by 9.00am on Monday saying they would be sent out immediately.
They arrived this morning (Tuesday) by DPD..
Awesome service.
Ordered 2 very expensive Quebec brass radiators. For the price paid I would have expected them to arrive in perfect condition.
1 radiator came in 7 pieces - all the pipes separated from the two bars.
The second radiator looked like it had been hung previously and returned. The bars were scratched as though by a tool and the installation valves had previous plumbers tape inside already.
The supplier in the middle has had a response from Kartell UK that they would not have sent the radiators in this condition as they have “strict quality control!”
And are saying the kartell are not willing to replace them!
For such an expensive product the customer service is shocking- the goods are sub standard and their attitude shocking.
Would never buy again.
I ordered Kartell radiators through Tapnshower. I knew they would be delivered directly from Kartell, but I had not expected this to go so badly. Kartell do not give specific delivery times, and even when I was told a day, it did not happen. On delivery, 3 radiators were unusable due to damage and paint blemishes (manufacturing problem not picked up by their QC). It took Kartell 3 more delivery attempts to finally get me usable radiators. Customer service were not engaging. It took a lot of my time waiting in on possible delivery dates (which did not happen) and having to do QC on arrival (why not check before they are sent?). They did not see things from the customer's perspective. Took 16 days and 3 deliveries from order to get usable radiators. Gave them 1 star as the radiators actually seem well made when you get an undamaged one.
