Package still not delivered.

After 8 days part of my order has still not been delivered, even though the stated delivery time was 1-3 days. Delivery was expensive and customer service unhelpful.

Poorly packaged all around

The packaging for the sofa I just bought leaves a lot to be desired. Now one of the parts is broken. I definitely don't recommend it!

Very good service in the store.Cashier, and store menager did good job, i had to return broken sofa, and it all went smooth, man in the wearhouse also top man, helped with trailer too !

The 4-9 day delivery date never…

The 4-9 day delivery date never happened, then when I was given a new delivery date the courier sent me a message on the day of delivery saying they hadn’t received it. 2 days lost from work and still have no idea when it will arrive.

The time frame for delivery to the store i 5-10 business days, and the order was picked up by you in the store on day 10.

Therefore we cant compensate you since you got the order inside the timeframe.
