Polite, responsive and totally efficient in dealing with an undelivered order.

Added a clutch pencil to my wishlist, changed my mind so went to the wishlist to delete the item, but I can't as there isn't an option to delete.

Looked for contact details to email them, nope, no email address.

There is a message facility which I tried, twice, but the AI they use gets things wrong. For instance, I was told to go to the product page and click on the heart icon, that would take me to the wishlist page where I could then delete the item.

The wishlist item now has "2" and no delete option. I can't even reduce it to one as there's no "+" or "-" buttons.

I have asked for a human assistant, the AI complies, goes away and I get a message that I will be seen in less than 3 hours.

Things seem to have gone downhill at Jackson's Art.

My order was delivered in perfect condition & a great price, thank you.

I can always rely on Jacksons for choice, value for money, and speedy delivery. .....my go to shop for art supplies.

I have been using Jackson's for a few years now. Their products and quick delivery are second to none. There is no other art supplies retailer that I have used that dispatches and delivers items as quickly as Jackson's. Items are always packed carefully and they use eco friendly packaging. Highly recommend!

I have chased and been told I will get an email when it arrives but no one can give me details of when that’s likely to be . Now 9 days and still waiting.

On this occasion I thought I was buying something similar to Frisk tracedown paper,for my 8 year old grandson.However on receipt found the paper so messy to the touch that we have binned it straight away.

I've always had a good service from Jackson's art, all art boards are packaged well and arrived in good order and on time ...thank you for a good service...it is becoming rare to find of late,

Usual good service from Jacksons. Dispatched fairly quickly (though this can vary) but always well packed so materials don't arrive broken or damaged unlike some other sellers.

Jackson’s had the supplies I needed- some online art shops are out of stock. The delivery costs are reasonable and I get points. The quality of the stretchers and panel are good -I am a returning customer

Jackson's are always my go-to art suppliers. They have a very good selection of art supplies which are very well wrapped, arrive quickly and so far in my experience, undamaged. Also, their prices are very competitive. As in the past, I would recommend them to friends and family.

The materials were good quality, but paid for next day delivery as I needed the supplies for an urgent project. They didn’t turn up until 3 days after original delivery date. I understand it was an issue with the courier, but I was disappointed by the support offered when contacting Jacksons about the delay. Probably won’t use them again as I often have to work on projects at quite short notice, so I can’t risk it again.
