It is better to order from home where you can easily see what it is you need to order. The Cass site has taken a little while to operate but once sussed was easy to use.

The web site was easy to navigate and the prices were very competitive. I should have chosen to pay for the faster delivery though

The website has a huge range of products and brands - all of good quality - and is pretty easy to use and navigate, and I was kept updated regarding the status of my order.
The staff in store are also extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to answer any questions I have or help with any enquiries.
The only teensy thing that would be great would be if items came back in stock quicker, or if there was an estimated time availble for when they'd be back in stock.
