Make buying easier from the website its confusing

First off the clarify this is purely about the online so called customer care not in store staff, always found them great. But some items you can only order online and my most recent order was never delivered. They initially admitted it was lost somewhere between the warehouse and the courier but since then have not re-sent, refunded or replied to a single message from me. They have taken my money, lost my order and now ignored me. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Update: only contact has now been to ask me to fill out a survey to be entered to maybe win a voucher for less than half the value of my order! Have had to appeal via my back who have also confirmed they have not responded to them either

I think the website looks good and has lots of info and advice for artists whilst maintaining an extensive product listing at good prices
