Very easy to use the website, and very prompt delivery.

I couldn’t have had a better experience trying to figure out what I needed to get back into watercolour after a 30 odd year gap. The information about products was incredibly helpful so my decisions were easy, especially as the blog is full of great tips and explanations. Jackson’s prices are great, as are their dispatch and packing methods. I can’t recommend them highly enough. The wealth of knowledge they provide makes everything not just easy, but a joy.

After waiting for a month for an order to come, Jackson's art will not give me any info as to what the problem in the customs (inspection, missing documentation etc.) is and what are they doing to solve it. No timeframe for resolution, no possible cancelling the order,...for them is fully my problem.
