I currently got the deal for a mattress from the westfield Stratford shop and it was amazing . At first I thought it may not be the same as advertised but the manager there (young lady ) convinced me that it will be absolutely as it was shown on the deal . And indeed I got the mattress + pillows and other gifts with a very good price . It was totally worth it comparing that 2 years ago I bought only one mattress for a more expensive price than this one .

Ive spent alot with this company and can safely conclude that you will not receive what you expect. Sad to say we have alot of foreign scam artists here and these guys are unfortunately one of many. Be wary, stay away....for your own sake.

I bought two bamboo pillows (memory foam) in Westfield London store. When the salesperson gave one sample pillow for me to try, it was quite nice. However, when I used the new pillow at home, it wasn't as good as the sample one and my neck got pain. The worst thing is, when I put off the pillow case for cleaning, the pillow foam was suddenly broken and made a big hole. I just emailed the company and hope they will contact me for refund.

we slept so much better than usual and my husband woke up and immediately said “I’m not in so much pain” - it’s just wonderful !

Received our mattress 2 weeks ago and already my sore back is so much better and I am sleeping much better. Best decision I ever made!

I usually have trouble sleeping and had to keep rolling over to get a proper sleep. But ever since we got the imperial bamboo sleep mattress, sleep has been something I am looking forward to.
The packaging was amazing and quite easy to transport

This is the second Imperial bamboo mattress I have bought. I have had lower back problems for the past couple of years linked to poor mobility in my hips. I bought this mattress for a spare room. What I can say is I don’t wake up anymore with back pains now.

I highly recommend the bedding from Imperial Bamboo! They have the most comfortable beddings i’ve ever find. Comfortable, cozy and soft enough for a perfect night sleep.

I LOVE this mattress! It’s a Godsend for someone like me, who gets back
pain if the mattress I am on is too soft and can’t sleep if the mattress is too firm.
The Imperial Bamboo mattress is really comfortable. It combines just the right levels of firm and
soft to provide good support but still feel like a comfortable, premium item that I know will last for a long time.

We have recently purchased a bed. Wow it is amazing. So comfortable you want to stay all day in it. I have struggled to sleep in other beds hence the purchase of a imperial bamboo I just love it. I would recommend buying one. Although expensive worth every penny

This is my second mattress. The first purchase around 2010. The company is wonderful and customer service is fantastic.

Telma was patient and professional while assisting me to make a final decision on my adjustable bed. This will be the 2nd martress I’ve purchased, and I anticipate I’ll love this mattress and adjustable frame as much as I did the first one, that now resides in my guest room.

I bought a mattress 1 month ago and I am very happy. I no longer have back pain. My sleep quality has improved a lot. I sleep very comfortably. I also recommend the towels as they are very soft, beautiful and great quality. The staff in the shop was very friendly and helpful.

My son absolutely loves his mattress and I’m pleased I found a good quality mattress that goes with high raiser bed. Most children mattresses are quite poor (in my humble opinion). I’m glad I’ve made the investment.

I bought a mattress from imperial bamboo in Westfield London. The salesman convinced me into buying one by offering half price with free pillows and bed linen. I spent £1100. What a waste of money. I emailed them so many times and messaged the salesman person. They gave me pillows that had shredded foams inside and rock hard mattress that felt nothing like the piece they showed me on display. Awful customer service. I think they are fraud they show you one thing and send you another. I got in contact with consumer rights and they told me to write to them which I did but no response. Stay away from them please or you will regret just like I am. I'm so disappointed with the mattress and even cried. I pray someone shuts them down one day. If you see a good review here do not believe it because its fake, probably done by one of their families or friends.
