I was doubtful. I thought... there's no way these guys are offering these watches at these prices with this level of care and service. No need to doubt, they were, they do and they are. Couldn't recommend enough, and will be going back to them for every luxury watch purchase I make form here on out. [Bought: Large santos de Cartier green dial.]

Great product and a great price

This was my first order with imperial time. After reading the reviews and viewing there Instagram activity I decided to place an online order for van cleef mother of pearl vintage earrings. I received my order the next day and it was throughly bubbled wrapped and protected well.
The earrings were spectacular with great quality. They feel super comfortable when worn and received lots of comments. It comes with a van cleef box and certification. Imperial time is very professional and I would order again.

I made a purchase but Imperial did not send out a purchase receipt or email confirmation. I emailed and left voicemails with no response. This is horrible lack of communication after spending over $20k. I’m still unsure if I will get the watch.
