Great company! Good service. I was walking in Westfield then I saw the pillow made from bamboo and was thinking of having a touch. In the end decided to buy the mattress. It was my best black Friday purchase the mattress feels the same as I need as I got back problem. The pillows are cooling. Thank you imperial bamboo. I will definitely recommend it to all my relatives.

Horrible customer service and terrible product.

I purchased a mattress from them 6 months ago and was told there is a 10 year warranty with free exchanges if anything is wrong with the product.

My mattress started to dip after 6 weeks and continued to get worse. I reached out to them with no answer for months. Finally, when I got through 3 months later, I was told I had to pay 650 to exchange the mattress.

There was no apology and no concern for the customer. They could barely reply back coherently.

The pillows are amazing, I love them .

Loving the products being menopausal the bamboo bedlinen and mattress keeps me cool in the summer and warm in winter also Orthopedic products pillows etc keeps me supported no more pain in knees /side and back.

Just bought a pillow from Imperial Bamboo few days ago. Most comfortable pillow I’ve slept with, literally took 2 nights of sleep to help my neck pain ease and Its a very cool relaxing pillow.
Highly recommend their products. 10/10 would definitely buy from them again

Terrible company terrible product terrible customer service my wife bought 4 of these pillows at the ideal home exhibition they are like sleeping on small hard lumps of foam the most uncomfortable pillows we have ever used,we have tried contacting the company and they don’t even bother to respond take your money and run ?/update after response these as stated were brought at a show and were nothing like the pillows we tried the response just shows the level of customer service you can expect from this company

Was not look to buy anything, as I was just passing by, I was approaced by lovey telma who was very friendly and helpful. And I would recommend bamboo pillows. They are best. I'm now having the best sleeps. Thanks again

Very good matress! I don’t have pain in my back anymore. I bought the matress 1 year ago and I’m very happy.

This is the most amazing bed that I’ve ever slept on, I bought this in August in Stratford Westfield and I waited to do the review to see how it was and it was like I was sleeping on a cloud, the sale lady that we bought from was very kind as well! DEFINITELY going to buy more pillows.

I was at Imperial Bamboo Westfield in White City. Filipe's customer service was fantastic!! He delivered excellent & exceptional quality service with the way he made me feel at ease and told me about the product. Imperial Bamboo mattress and pillow is the best investment I've decided to purchased. I slept so well on this really comfortable environmentally friendly design. What's great about it is that you can pay the items in instalments as well.

Scam products copy of Panda London, nothing great and not real bamboo. Be aware of Not return and refund after purchase, this was not even said doing during the sales.

Pillows are low quality!! 40% bamboo and 60% polyester but obviously they don’t say it! They don’t say what the inside is made of…. And for sure it’s not breathable. I never sweat in my sleep but with this pillow I do! Inner filling is synthetic and I can’t find any information about EU certified as a lot of the other fillings (from China) for example are toxic! This shop is the only place where a £140 pillow can be discounted to £35….proving again the poor quality of the product that probably costs £2 on Alibaba. I opened one pillow once at home and check the label and I went to return it the day after with the other 2 closed intact pillows and the company doesn’t do refund!!!!! This place it’s unreal I don’t know how they can be allowed a space in Westfield!!! Hope no one else will fall into this trap.
