Spoke with the lovely Janet. Very helpful and helped me find a deal that suited me. Cruising to New York, then Niagra Falls and home. She advised on transfers, flight times, visas, everything.

I requested a callback due to a couple of queries, and received it at the alloted time that I had requested.
I spoke with Glen who later called me again to book the cruise. He was very thorough and professional, leaving me in no doubt the booking has been processed correctly.
Again reassured if I see something that wasn't right he's available anytime to rectify the situation.

Excellent service and process
Can’t wait for to go on cruise we just booked. Booking was easy online. Quote was cheaper than going direct through cruise line. Website was easy to navigate and process was easy to follow. Communication via email was clear and tickets and links came through very fast.
