Have used IGLU before and will again ( whatever they called in that week?)

Lisa was most helpful as we had to arrange time off from work for my travelling companion. When this was not possible for our original choice, we were able to find another available date and cruise, as the quote held good for 48 hours. One minor disappointment was to be offered a possible additional small discount in an email quoting a password of "HELLO" which did not work.

Excellent

Excellent booking experience, was fast and easy, we have used Iglu quite a few times now and have always been happy so decided to use it for our honeymoon booking. Cate was friendly and knowledgeable, she was able to answer all my questions and clarify things I was unsure on.

Iglu cruise booking agents

We just booked a cruise through Iglu and it was great. We just had to leave a positive review for the booking agent called Kate who went above and beyond in answering our queries and making the whole process far less daunting and intimidating than it would otherwise have been. Kudos to Iglu for training their staff so well. Thank you too, Kate 🙂
