Booked online. Straightforward process and good discounts. Have cruised many times before so understood things like cabin/deck location versus cost, so maybe that made it easier. Also I had read the brochure before booking and knew what I wanted. Trying Cunard this time so let's hope the experience lives up to the eye watering cost!
