Very polite and professional lady,who guided us through options and managed to get us a great deal. We are loyalty members of the cruise company who had offered us the same cruise and cabin. The igloo representative got us the exactly same for £60 less and £140 each onboard spends.

I have been with igloo on the worst cruise of my life and have been 28 times cruising and this time booked a cruiser and service from booking staff no help don’t blame the the staff it’s the company better booking directly with the cruise company don’t no how igloo got 4.8 rating I think must write the reviews or get the staff to do it safe your money

Maddi helped me with booking a cruise today for 6 people as Sarah was not availalble. She gave me lots of good Royal Caribbean travel tips which I intend to use. She explained everything very clearly, and was able to answer any questions and concerns I had. She made the whole process simple and easy. This is my 4th time booking with Iglu and I will continue to do so.

Airport luggage allowance online is 20 km. I needed to go to 25 kg after i booked it at 20 kg. Online it was £13 extra per person but when I rang up to boost it to 25 kg they wanted to charge me £88 for the 2 of us. This disgusted me so I refused.
