Attempted price hike 3 days after the sale was final.
Sorry I'm writing this review late. I ordered the right front bumper retainer bracket a few months ago & paid the charge in full. They did nothing on shipping. Three days later, they more than doubled the price from $27.35 to $61.68, asking me to pay the hiked portion. I was shocked & refused to be victimized. So, I had to get my refund & move on by ordering it from Walmart. My project was delayed for more than a week because of their misconduct. I wonder where their good reviews came from? Sent me the wrong part and wouldn't accept a return because I didn't have the original shipping label they put on the box. Avoid at all cost.

Had to return some of the shipped parts and was told,
“Your RMA request requires images of the part(s), packaging, and labels.
Please be sure to capture images of the part numbers on the labels as well.”
And so I did. Sent the images and then received,
“We are sorry to inform you that your request has been denied due to the following reason(s):
The part(s) is non-returnable items due to it being, but not limited to:
- Any opened packages or unsealed items.”
It may say ‘but not limited to’ - but it is the only reason stated so…
The quality of the catch-22 is only outpaced by the level of bad English.
