Really fast delivery
Really fast delivery, I was very pleased with how sturdy the ladder is when using it, there is no wobble at all, just a very confidense inspiring solidarity. Quite expensive but cheaper than being laid up injured which is more likely with inferior products.

Delivrey quick but not secure
My online order was handled efficiently and delivery was made more quickly than expected. I haven't rated the experience at 5 stars because my great and very expensive new tripod ladder, which happily can be lifted and moved very easily, was left otside my home by the delivery driver without any attempt to knock on the door or ring the bell. Fortunately we came out to the front of the house not long after it had been delivered but had we remained in the house or gardenfor longer that ladder could easily have 'disappeared'.

These.are the Best
These are the best ladders I have ever used. Total safety especially when using power tools. Just wish I’d bought them years ago. It’s the only ladders I have felt 100% safe on

Product great delivery less so.
Ladder was really great and delivered on time. The only issue was it was left at the side of the track about 60 yards from the house. I had phoned Henchman to say I had issues with the delivery company and gave detailed instructions of where the house was.
