Ladder arrived very quickly which was handy as needed for a job, have used about 5 times already and I really like it. Has paid for itself already and I’m considering getting another one.

Hendon ladders
Just want to start by saying the stars don't reflect the ladders or the company it is directed at the delivery company. Having the need for the ladders on a job I had coming up order was made, paid for etc sent out on time, however the delivery company had just dumped them on the floor and they weren't signed for as they clearly couldn't be bothered to knock, not thinking too much about it as I was home late they got taken into the garden. Loaded them up the next day still in the wrapping they came in, got to my job and once unwrapped noticed that they had been damaged, one of the feet was bent out of shape, the frame is bent (still usable but not the point). I had to use them in this condition as thay were needed to complete my job, no email sent from the delivery company so I couldn't complain. Having spent £500 on the ladders the delivery firm clearly didn't care about how they had been stored and left.
Great ladders, rubbish delivery company
Like I say they are still usable but I would certainly be having words with the firm that you use

Awesome ladders
Awesome ladders - the best on the planet!! A simple design idea of making the steps into a tripod with independent leg adjustments makes them so much safer and stable than ordinary ladders. I would not be without them!

Good price and delivered on time
Good price and delivered on time. The delivery man carried it into my garage for me. Very strong looking ladder and more stable than my old one. Would certainly recommend.

Should Have Bought It 10 Years Ago
I had been contemplating a wide base ladder for years and wish I had purchased one ten years ago. The ladder is light,easy to manoeuvre and very stable. Delivery was prompt. I am glad I followed the advice "but one size bigger than you think you need" .

Three Legs - good
Delivery Good, quality good, ideal for trimming my 3 metres tall, 2 metres deep, beech hedge. It helps that the single front leg can be pushed into the hedge so I can get closer to reach further.

A stable, quality ladder for working at height .
I looked at a number of different options for a general purpose outdoor ladder. In the past year I have used my ladder for hedging and pruning and also for working at height on various DIY tasks on the outside of our house.
I've been really impressed by the robustness and stability of the ladder. Also being lightweight is a real boon in terms of setting up, adjusting etc.
Very, very pleased overall.

Why didn't I order these sooner!
I ordered the 240A size of Tripod ladder with a platform height of around 5 ft. They are an ideal size for trimming our high hedges and getting into tricky spaces. The order was despatched within a day or two of me placing online. When the ladders arrived they were packaged extremely well and were easy to unpack. (I actually carefully removed the plastic sheeting as I had wanted to use it to protect the ladders if left outside). I've now used the ladders and they are so versatile for placing within our tightly planted border due to the single leg at the rear. I chose these ladders as I'd seen Monty Don using similar on Gardeners World. They feel very secure and steady when you are working from the platform, and it's good that the rear leg is adjustable for working on slight slopes. And being in my 60s now and never feeling very strong, these ladders are pretty light to move around the garden. I am so pleased to have bought them after thinking about it for years!!
