We’ve recently moved to a house with extensive gardens, lots of big, old rhododendron bushes and hedges, some proper big trees and a lot of well established wisteria around the house.

Bought the 3m Henchman to deal with as much of this as possible without calling in air support, and it’s been brilliant, stable, versatile and worth the price.

It’s a little too big to move single handed, but that’s probably my fault for buying the big one. Handles uneven ground really well and the top step cupola arrangement is very useful and well designed.

Not cheap, but worth every penny if you’re going to be spending time at height with power tools.

Great well built ladder that I can use for years & it will hold its value

I must say I am over the moon the service from start to finish have been outstanding I ordered 10ft fully adjustable tripod pro on Sunday and all arrived Tuesday afternoon so fantastic I did a review on my tik tok page as I was so grateful it turned up in amazing time . I was so pleased I also ordered the harness and a henchman hat too. I will review the harness too soon . What ever you do please keep doing it it is the best service I have ever received. Great design and build of a ladder that's very stable in use.
Quick delivery too.

Very usefull tool when you need to work with hedgecutters or saws for a long time.

Fantastic ladders so safe & that’s important

Excellent customer service,answering all my questions regarding investing in a set of Henchman ladders.I am really pleased with them and the investment. You only get what you pay for .
I would definitely recommend this company and their products .

First the good things:
- Website is clear, informative and good to navigate.
- Customer support is friendly, helpful and experienced.
- Shipping was fast, at least from Henchman´s side

Now the bad thing:
The transport company Henchman is doing business with Gebrüder Weiss (at least in Austria) is the worst company I had to deal with over the last 40 years.

I chose a delivery window from 08:00 - 12:00.
The driver arrived at 16:00.
And one of the two ladders I ordered was missing.

I called Gebrüder Weiss and they told me the driver forgot the 2nd ladder and they would let me know the next day when they will send it.

Nobody called me and on the 3rd day I called them again and now they told me they can´t find the 2nd ladder but would call me back within 2 days.
Nothing happend for the next days and so I called them again.

They told me they are still looking for the ladder and they admitted that I wasn't an isolated case.

So finally I called Henchman.
Again friendly and supportive.
After another 2 days Henchman wrote an email to inform me the ladder will be sent to me again.

After a few days I got an email from Gebrüder Weiss, I chose delivery window between 08:00 - 12:00. The driver came around 15:00, but at least with the 2nd ladder just 4 weeks later.

The ladders, I bought the 3m and the 1,8m are probably the best ladders you can buy and if you treat them well they will last forever.

You need a ladder? Do yourself a favour and buy a Henchman BUT urge Henchman not to use the freight forwarder in question.
