We recently needed a new boiler as our existing system boiler was 18 years old and beginning to develop a few leaks. After looking at several options, we decided that we wanted a Worcester Bosch boiler. Using the Worcester Bosch website, we were put in touch with Scott from Heat Central (Bewdley), which was great as they are a local company.

Scott contacted us promptly and arranged a convenient time to visit and provide a quotation. He arrived exactly when he said he would and took the time to explain all of the available options. Given the age and condition of our existing system, we decided that replacing it with a combi boiler was the best solution. The plan involved removing the old boiler from the kitchen and installing the new one upstairs in a cupboard on an external wall, with an estimated installation time of three days.

Scott arrived promptly on the agreed start date and got straight to work. Throughout the installation, he kept us informed of his progress, explained what he was doing, and worked in an exceptionally tidy and professional manner. We were delighted when the installation was completed in just two days rather than the three originally estimated.

Once everything was finished, Scott took the time to explain how to use the Hive heating controls, ensuring we were comfortable with the new system before he left. As an accredited Worcester Bosch installer, he also registered the boiler on our behalf, giving us the added reassurance of a 10-year guarantee.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Heat Central (Bewdley). Their workmanship, professionalism, efficiency, tidiness and friendly approach were excellent from start to finish. They may not be the cheapest option available, but the quality of their work is outstanding. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for, and in this case, it was worth every penny.

Scott was amazing. He took all the stress out of having a broken boiler. He responded quickly, and clearly is very knowledgeable and proficient in his work. He arrived on time and was friendly and professional. I’ll be using him every time from now on.

Scott is super reliable , turning up when hes says he will & carried out a full refit of the house, top spec boiler, new raidiators and completely re-piped the house anfter removing all the excisting heating and water system with the quote staying as agreed even though we messed him about changing a few thing.
All his work is very neat & cleans up after himself (unlike some of the other trades we have used).
At very short notice & before we gave the job to Scott he very kindly helped with a water leak from the loft that vertually destroyed the lower part of the house (Not all super heros wear capes).
Do not hestitate to use Scott for his Plumbing services he comes highly recommended.

Scott installed a new Worcester Greenstar 4000. Showed up on time, was neat and tidy, Fixed non-compliant aspects from former owners. Improper installation of condensing pipe, flue pipe and then took extra time to re-balance our radiators while he was here. Prior to the work was very responsive to emails including after hours and during the weekend which was not expect, but highlights his attention to customer service. Would not hesitate to use again

Recently called Heat Central (Bewdley) about replacing our tired 15 year old Bosch combi 30 CDI. He called round next day and gave a full and frank, but friendly, assessment of the job and choices of current Bosch combi boilers, which were my first choice. He advised of the boiler models and the background information for each but then left me decide, with no pressure at all. Choice made, fitting appointment confirmed for the following week and work completed within a morning. Very professional and tidy job at a competitive price.
