Heat Pump Service
We have a Heat Pump which we were finding difficult to have serviced (even the Company who installed it were not interested). Found Berkeley Heating who have been doing a wonderful job of servicing the heat pump for three out of its 4 year life. They remind me when the service is due and have polite knowledgeable engineers who are respectful of my home. I have no hesitation recommending them.

Fitted a new bouler
Dave and his team (James and Dan) were brilliant. Our old boiler was condemned just before Christmas so no heating or hot water. They fitted us in to fix our immersion heater so we at least had hot water to shower over the holidays. After the New Year they came back an fitted a new boiler no mess. Friendly informative and did a great job. We’re thinking of updating our bathroom so will call on them again.

Honest evaluation
I’ve always found Berkeley heating to be as quick and efficient as is possible when you consider that parts have to be ordered. I’ve also always feel that I have had value for money and an honest estimate of what work is required to suit my needs.

Berkeley Heating is an excellent firm: skilful; reliable; conscientious; customer-focused. Would everyone who purports to know how to install, service, repair and advise on ground source and air source heat pumps were anything like as good!
