Excellent service, prompt and very professional as ever.

I called to report a problem out of office hours and left a message. A very sympathetic member of staff called back with a simple solution, which had the problem rectified in no time.

After trying to get quotes from a few companies for a new boiler and being disappointed by a lack of professionalism & customer service I was very pleased to find a company with very good standards.

Can't fault the final install or the work the guys put in. There were issues at the start that probably could have been avoided which meant the project over run however I always felt the team were committed to doing a good job. Overall I would certainly use them again and would have no problem in recommending them.

In the spring of 2011Berkeley heating updated my then existing gas central heating. An up to date combination gas boiler was fitted plus a new fire surround and an efficient gas fire. The various staff at that time who worked on the installation always left the house clean and tidy each day. Over the years with boiler and fire servicing I have always been happy with the staff who attended. I would recommend this Company to install and maintain your equipment. Jean Howard.

My new boiler was installed in two days. The engineer, Matt, was helpful and professional throughout, leaving me with everything fully functioning and explaining exactly how to use the thermostatic control. He also left the house tidy and clean, taking all rubbish away. I am extremely pleased with my new boiler.

Berkeley Heating has been servicing my mum's boiler for several years. Recently we decided to replace the boiler. From start to finish the whole process was excellent. A big shout out to James who really cared and looked after my mum while he was carrying out the job. Thanks, team, keep up the good work.

Fabulous company!

Took over from Engenera when they failed me (see my review for Engenera) and took me through from dealing with Engenera to completion of the project. Though I sometimes had to wait for installers I understood this was because I was late into the game and they had other customers to support. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
