Dan your agent

Dan, was very helpful... l don't have a computer only a mobile phone.... every time l tried to pay... l lost my Hastings connection... l phoned direct and spoke to Dan... he was attentive and polite, listened to my problem.. talked through how he could help by taking the payment... not once did l feel patronised... l explained that l needed a paper copy, he was most accommodating... Dan is a credit to your company... and l am grateful for his guidance ... it was so pleasant to talk to someone l could actually understand..... and completely understood my requirements....Thank you....

\care for the older person

I am an active octogenarian and found it so refreshing to find that I was considered fit for insurance cover at a reasonable price. Many companies don't want the risk and priced me out of the market!
