From the first meering with the sales rep the whole process has been fantastic, dates and times we're spot on and very punctual, the two engineers knew what they were doing and had the job finished in 3 hours and left site tidy, explained all functions on how to operate, great service all round.

Shopped here for some years now, always had a good experience but my last visit yesterday I got the impression that staff could not be bothered, selected a walking shoe to purchase £140, needed a different size so stood around expecting a staff member to interact but nope, at least 6 staff walked past and not even "can I help you" I was stood around for a good 10 mins at one point I was waving the shoe around to attract attention, I ended up walking out you lost at least £200-£300 yesterday, poor service I will not be going back, would rather travel to Warrington branch even though its twice as far.
