So today I spoke to Danny at acorn who was extremely difficult to communicate with and caused more alarm and distress to a myself who is currently in hospital after a major accident and made out that he was the victim of indirect swearing and felt that he wanted to play victim to avoid talking further to a customer. Found out its the same company as this one.

With how the cost of living is going sky high i was able to speak to a lovelly guy called will who not only helped me change my direct debit date to suit me but bcuz I missed a payment was kind nought to wave my late fee due to this issue thank you so much

I made many changes to my policy and gotten confused resulting in my missing a payment, once I rang customer service, they was very understanding and patience with me and help reminding me on my changes. Was very understanding and dismissed the late payment fee for me as they undstood its was just down to a simple miss understanding.

The company's representative Mr. Lucky was very helpful, friendly and professional. He sorted the issues shortly. Highly recommended. I'll love ❤️ to satay as a loyal customer.
