I can’t thank Motorcade enough for the support I received today, especially David from the Credit Control team.

My insurance policy had been cancelled this morning, and I was understandably very worried. As a vulnerable customer, I really appreciated the kindness, patience and understanding David showed throughout the call. He took the time to listen to my circumstances, treated me with genuine compassion, and did everything he could to help.

Thanks to David, my insurance policy was reinstated, and he was even able to have the £25 administration fee waived. His professionalism, empathy and willingness to go the extra mile completely turned what had started as a really stressful day into a positive experience.

Customer service like this is hard to come by, and David is a real credit to Motorcade. Thank you again for your outstanding support—I genuinely appreciate everything you did for me.

What can I Say, Max was absolutely outstanding a proper genuine human being who actually cared about the person on the other end of the line. Class and one reason I didn’t cancel my policy was due to his behaviour and great attitude
