Fantastic Torquay Store
We are new to Motorhoming and needed to buy many things for our Awning tent. The staff were so helpful with advice. They even carried most of our stuff to the tills so we could carry on browsing the store. We had many large purchases, and they helped load the car (in the rain). Nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic experience and with a membership card, very reasonable price.

Kids walking trousers & boots
We went to the store searching for walking boots & a pair of walking trousers for my ten year old son, for his upcoming 3 peaks challenge football team fundraiser. After looking round we were assisted by Ruth who was lovely, really friendly & helpful. Although we were not able to find a pair that quite fitted even with help, due to my son being petite for his age, Ruth suggested a pair of waterproof/ wind proof trousers which could go over the top of his normal shorts which had a elasticated band. She also checked his walking boots fitted comfortably too for us. Thank you Ruth for your help, product knowledge & brilliant customer service skills

Said my items were to be delivered, waited and never came.
Again a message to sayvthey were to delivered, guess what? You got it no delivery.
Emailed, no response, no customer service and still no items , that I’ve paid for !!!

I visited the store today in Hathersage…
I visited the store today in Hathersage to buy some walking boots and socks.
The attendant was very helpful and knowledgable able the products and I used my customer card to make some savings. The boots were also in the sale as the branch is closing down! I was very disappointed to hear this! It’s a great shop and will be missed by locals and tourists I’m sure.

Karen was such a lovely and helpful salesperson. She seemed genuine as she gave great advice without being pushy. We were in the shop towards closing time yet didn’t feel rushed. I felt good about the purchase I made as I was fully informed about the product I was buying and hadn’t been persuaded to buy the latest and most expensive model but rather what suited me best
