The tent was easy to put up. The black interior works very well.
I used it for the first time this weekend in some blustery wind with no problem.

The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable with advice.

I have applied well over a week ago now the £5 has been taken from my account but no card has of yet

Great experience in store today. Was looking for trousers and a waterproof for my husband. Roger showed me all the suitable waterproof jackets, explained prices and differences. Waited patiently while I contacted my husband to make a choice. All done cheerfully. Very friendly. Also sorted out my details on the system which have been slightly wrong for 10 years! Roger worked out what was wrong and has updated it so finally I won't have any problems with my go outdoors card.

Looking for hiking boots. A very large range available in all sizes, from budget to premium brands. Able to try them on.
Friendly young man answered my questions.
BTW they stock a very wide range of mainly local regions' OS maps.
Friendly person at the checkout.

I purchased walking boots, shoes and socks for a hiking trip. Tim served me on the footwear department. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
I also had help and advice from two female members of staff on the clothing department.
Unfortunately not all of the items I needed to buy are available yet due to seasonal stock changes but overall the visit was a good experience.

Not for the first time delivery service is terrible… packages delayed / lost … zero updates over email or apologies… last time I order from you

We originally bought a bike from Halfords because my daughter loved the look of it, it was a unicorn/fairy-style bike that she absolutely adored! Unfortunately, it was far too heavy for her and because of this it was too difficult for her to ride. We’re so glad we had Anthony from the Cardiff store to help us this time. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and advised us on a much more suitable lightweight bike for her. It’s lovely to see someone who genuinely takes pride in his work and has such a great knowledge of the bikes he’s selling.Thank you, Anthony!

The lovely lady, Maria Abby was very helpful in finding me the right shoe for the job, I was going for a boot, however when I pointed out that I tend to dance down the street when on my own, she pointed to a pair of trainer style that would be more flexible when on the move. Very happy 😁

I visited Go Outdoors Poole today to look for a hillwalking raincoat, a pair of good quality boots, and a rucksack. I was able to buy all three items and was served by several helpful and knowledgeable staff members. I was particularly pleased that Quinn was able to find me a suitable raincoat, and that Wiktor sorted out our store membership.

Well what can I say walked in the store with an hour to go and the way I was greeted was like I was the first customer of the morning. The manager and staff were so welcoming and helpful, fully recommend the store and the staff amazing, they made me feel valued and nothing was too much trouble. Great advice as well to ensure I made the right purchase for my needs. Very knowledgeable.
