Went for some replacement Merrell hiking shoes, will only buy Merrell as they have the arch support built in, not a lot to choose from and didn’t have my size in one of the pairs I wanted to try, but did manage to get a pair.
Every one was very pleasant, overall a very good experience.

Your stock on carp and coarse fishing is very poor, you have bate chairs, bag's, coat's but the smaller stuff like method feeders, float stops,if your going to sell fishing tackle you have to stock everything, people won't come and buy one item and go somewhere else for the rest like Angling Direct

Item never arrived.

Lovely Denise helped me out with a pair of waterproof walking shoes for a trip to Norway and she took time to make a fuss over our dog ,then found some socks for us .
Matt served us very politely explaining all the various discounts.

Very disappointing after-sales service at GO Outdoors Milton Keynes. If your purchase has no problems, everything seems fine. However, when an issue occurs, my experience was completely different and the true level of customer service became apparent.

In particular, I was very disappointed with the manager’s approach. I felt that more concern was shown about dealing with the defective item and potentially putting it back on sale than about making sure the customer was happy and finding a reasonable solution.

I understand that stores have policies, but good customer service is about listening to the customer and trying to resolve genuine problems fairly. Unfortunately, I did not feel that happened here. I would advise customers to think carefully before buying an expensive item from this particular store, especially when after-sales support is importan

Fantastic service again in Go Outdoors Wolverhampton. I went there on Saturday for a look round and had great service from Tina, Tansy and another lady who was their supervisor.
I have been shopping here for many years and unlike 95% of corporate multiples they actually have maintained a good level of customer service which makes for an enjoyable shopping experience.
So many companies have automated tills and no staff to help customers, they are just greedy and profit orientated, you have managed to avoid this way and your staff are always helpful and knowledgeable so obviously well trained.

Very good company to order from. Lots of choice and prompt delivery.

I visited Go Outdoors to purchase some items to prepare my household in the event of an emergency i.e. extended power cuts.
Alex helped me source what was on my list, and gave excellent help and product recommendations. He really couldn't have been more helpful, I am grateful, and now have more peace of mind should the unexpected happen. Thank you very much Alex! The store itself carries a nice variety of items for use in emergencies, so highly recommended.
