Had to return some hiking shoes that had started falling apart after 6 months. Maria was extremely helpful. She patiently assisted us trying about 10 other pairs on. Instead of replacing we upgraded.... See more

Item arrived in good time but part missing, found in bottom of box.
Repaired chair myself, not an easy job!
Left factory faulty? or fault of delivery company?

Item has not been delivered, I raised this with Go Outdoors and had to provide a load of information that I know have to re-supply following an AI bot response.
Not helpful.
I do not trust the price's of anything in your store. It often feels like a massive mark up is applied for it to then be "discounted" afterwards.
Great experience with really friendly till staff sorting out an exchange with no issues. Always the best service!

Quick and efficient service by friendly staff who clearly enjoy their job and have a good team dynamic. Well done. Shout out to Linzi who made the customers feel important.

Ordered a coat on 28th August . Still not arrived .. contacted both go outdoors and DPD , no reply . I needed the coat for my son starting high school . It still hasn't arrived or received a text or email advising when it will arrive . Shocking buying experience and poor customer service to match . Will never buy from
Then again
Euro hike flask lasted 2months again after exchange
Paid for next day delivery which didn't happen, pay extra for a service that you don't get.
Found a rip in a recently bought Berghaus tent which we paid a lot of money for and was rudely refused to return it by the manager. He made it look like it was our fault when all we did was prop it up in our garden to test it out. Very disappointed.
Great service. Easy to use website . Great discounts bought an osprey back pack cheaper than any where else. Speedy delivery.

I had an appalling experience at the Cribbs Causeway store on August 25th, 2026. What should have been a routine purchase resulted in being overcharged by £33.57 (on a £60 order) due to a double-scanned jumper and incorrect pricing on the till (£27.97 instead of the marked £22.37 tag price) and me being banned from the store!!
The till ran out of paper and when we got to our car we realised that we had been given only half a receipt. We walked back inside to request a full itemized receipt, which is when we noticed the jumper had been scanned twice. A male staff member processed the £27.97 refund for the duplicate, but dismissed the issue without an apology, simply stating, "It's alright mate, I've fixed it." When we said that an apology for the error and inconvenience was appropriate, he explicitly told us "There's no need for an apology, I fixed it". I asked for his name, but he refused to give it and walked off. I asked the till assistant what his name was and she said 'Store policy is not to give out names'. The store manager was now at the till and told us to leave the store and informed me that I was banned for being "rude" and "verbally assaulting" staff. When we asked why and requested his name, he refused to explain how we were being rude or to provide his name, just repeatedly insisting that we leave.
We drove 10 minutes away before reviewing the receipt again and realizing the jumper had also been priced incorrectly at the till by £5.60. We had to drive all the way back a third time, received the final refund, still no apology and were once again reminded we were banned.
The ban is rather irrelevant - I have no desire to return. Is this standard JD Sports policy in Blacks and Millets too?
Visited the Bury store today and was helped out by two very helpful members of staff. Neil in particular provided great help choosing a camping stove and demonstrated how to fit the gas. He took the time to ask what were we going to use it for and made sure we got something fit for us. Thank you!
