Took my daughter to go outdoors - we bought coats and walking boots which took a long time to try on and choose etc. we looked around the tents and gear. The items are great quality and the staff who served us were absolutely fantastic. We spent nearly £500 in just this one visit. BUT Just got a PARKING TICKET through the post charging me £60 for going over your two hour limit by ELEVEN MINUTES. No signs to say you have a Limit? 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I have shopped here a lot over the years and never had a ticket before.

I v order some stuff for next day and it didn’t arrive on time (paid extra for next day) and l v called costumer service day said they gonna pay me delivery charge back last week still nothing!!!! Your customer service useless and liarw

I have used this shop on a number of occasions and I have always been very satisfied with the service. Today I had the pleasure of being helped by three members of staff. The first was just fine, the second dispensed the required information a little like he may have been giving a quick lesson in what waterproof means and pointed out that these are the jackets we have, take it or leave it. The third person behaved as if he has been trained by the second person I spoke with and excelled in that level of customer service.

Very impressed with the abundance of choice and the overall shopping experience. We were served today by Freya who was particularly helpful when we asked about the 'members' scheme, she had a lovely nature and made a welcome change to the very often negative response received in 'other' shops. Will definitely be back to shop and will sign up to the Members scheme.

Fast delivery, good price and excellent quality

Dont bother ordering on line wlith these i ordered some poles for my awning and was told they would be delivered in 2 days.3days later i got an email saying they cancelled my order but didnt explain why

Really freindly staff

We came to Go Outdoors as have a camping trip planned next weekend. We ended up buying a table and air mattress which both appear great!
When paying, we were asked if we wanted to join the go outdoors membership. The cashier was brilliant at promptly signing us up, saving us a lot! She went above and beyond by asking if we had any military or blue light card. I wouldn’t have even thought to ask so this saved us even more!
Overall great value for money and brilliant, helpful and kind staff. Great service!

I’ve been here last Thursday to pick up my new bike and Kyle was incredible. Helped me pick the bike that was right for me and did the checks on the same day.

My partner came back today with her bike which she bought second hand. Kyle did a full check on it and adjusted all her brakes and was again fantastic.
