Hollyann went out of her way to make me feel at ease and not rushed - even though this was a bank holiday. She was friendly, very informative and helped me make the best choices for me. I am very grateful for all her help.

Excellent customer care sales consultant Neil Plownan was very knowledgeable and did not rush us . We looked at quite a few before settling on the one we purchased. Neil was not pushy or over the top in the sales pitch so my Husband and I came home pleased with our purchase.

As we entered the store Was introduced himself and offered assistance. We explained our requirements and he was very helpful in showing us the various options available, which were many. He left us to have a look ourselves and I must admit there was no hard sell and no pressure to purchase. Was demonstrated the sofa features and pointed out pros and cons. We made up our minds and Was explained the payment options and final amount payable with several options included. We are very pleased with our purchase and mention Was was pleasant and professional.

They know how to create a good customer relationship. The staff are good

Visited the Peterborough furniture village and was greeted by Haylee who was incredibly knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough to help, was very patient with mine and my partners indecisiveness and also offered other options to consider, would thoroughly recommend the store and Haylee is a credit to it

Once we had decided what we wanted, the sales person very quickly and efficiently dealt with the necessary paperwork and payment .
All in all a pleasant experience and we look forward to getting our items in a couple of weeks.

From the day I ordered my new Settee, Armchair and Footstall to the delivery date today, the communication has been first class.
I got a 3 hour window this morning and then a text to say that it’s ok the way.
The unpacking and installation process was faultless.
The very least I could do was to give them Coffee and Biscuits.

Haylee in the Peterborough store was a huge help when I was buying a new mattress, from first look in store through to delivery. She helped get the right product for my needs.

I vist the store on a regular basis, the staff are really help ful,attentive ,I am in the process of moving to a new bunglow ,definitely will be using the Peterborough branch .
Haylee is extremely helpful, and knowledgeable on the stock .
Looking forward to my next purchase.

From purchasing furniture in store to delivery cannot fault, salesperson very helpful and knowledgeable, communication with delivery very good ie email and phone , delivered within the time the guys Kyle & Fred were very polite, respectful & knowledgeable explaining how to operate the mechanism on the furniture .

Mike was very knowledgable about the furniture we were looking at, and made our vist a pleasure. Bonus you get coffee and fresh cooked cookie for free, thanks very much.
