They brought small carpet with them, so my house was not dirty with there shoes, as was raining.

Lovely experience in the shop yesterday ordering a new sofa. Felt completely relaxed and wasn't immediately jumped on by a salesperson. When a gentleman did approach, Shak, he was very polite.
Shak offered us coffee whilst he explained the sofa we liked, the prices, colours and the cover plan etc. We were very pleased with our choice of sofa and felt in no way pressured into a sale. Choosing a new sofa is quite a hard process, there's so much choice!
Very good customer service from Shak. Can't wait for the sofa to arrive 😊.

Mike and Leigh were absolutely brilliant from start to finish! They arrived at 7:15am which was fantastic, and were so friendly, helpful and professional throughout.

We had a slight hiccup when we realised our porch was too narrow to get the sofas through, but it was no trouble at all for them. They took the arms off the sofas, got everything inside and reassembled them perfectly – you’d never even know they’d been taken apart!

They took the utmost care with both the sofas and our home, made sure everything was exactly as it should be, and gave us all the information we needed before they left.

Couldn’t fault them at all. A brilliant service and a huge thank you to Mike and Leigh! 😊

Excellent, considerate, careful delivery. Driver was mindful of where they parked so didn't obstruct the street and both guys (Alfie & Shaun) were very careful and respectful in our home. Faultless.

My final delivery was with Leigh and Mike - great team! The furniture village delivery teams have all been great. The outside contractors - no thanks.

Reason for a two the first delivery was cancelled with no explanation 10 minutes before it was due. Ref number 449368039. Second delivery arrived persons were okay but one of them he had no idea what he was doing to the fact of how to open a box, (Nabeel and Ashan) Will never recommend not using again and still waiting to see my the first delivery was cancelled 😡 4/09/26. This was delivered from the Guildford depot but ordered in Farnborough Gate still wouldn’t go back. Customer service was not good.

Nicest delivery men, Konrad and Deon. Very cheerful and helpful. Took great care of our new furniture during delivery and installation.
