Fantastic experience from the in store assistance to the delivery which was just outstanding. I had Jay, Kush and Eric deliver the sofa - which i will be honest wasn’t entirely sure the sofa would fit despite measuring a million times. True professionals delivered - from the manoeuvring the van to getting it upstairs to my flat with very little space to work with. 5 stars for all three of them!

We were kept informed about the delivery time and a telephone call before arrival.
Jay, Khush and Eric put our chairs together and then brought them into the house, no worries about disposing of packaging or trying to put them together!
The staff were extremely polite and helpful.
All in all, very happy with our experience with Furniture Village.

Jo and Pa did a great job delivering our very big mattresses to our choice of room. Quick,efficient and no damage done to my new house!

Absolutely fantastic service from Mickel and Kalman today. They were both incredibly polite, friendly and professional from start to finish.

They kept us well informed before the delivery, took great care when bringing the sofa into our home and did an excellent job putting everything together. Once it was fitted, they took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we were completely happy before leaving.

The whole experience was smooth, efficient and completely stress-free. Mickel and Kalman are a real credit to the company and provided exactly the level of service you hope for when having new furniture delivered.

The guys were polite, helpful and cheerful. They took every care to keep the carpet clean which was a challenge as it was raining heavily.

Our delivery and set up experience was easy and positive. We were quoted up to 5 weeks for delivery. After 3.5 weeks we got a phone call saying delivery would be in two days. The day before we were given the 3 hour time slot for next day delivery. On the day it was very easy to see on my phone where the delivery truck was. Joe and JT arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. They made delivery and set up easy. Would recommend spending the money for the delivery and set up service!

My new bed was delivered by two lovely gentlemen, Andy and Henry who were very professional and friendly. They arrived on time and ensured my property was protected from damage. They were extremely helpful and accommodating with where I wanted to the bed to be put.

Both guys (Delta 1) worked quickly and effectively while remaining respectful in the flat.

Very smooth and stress free. Fast delivery and quick assembly. No mess left over. Happy customer!

Andy and Henry were amazing, our love chair was a bit of a struggle but they found a solution and did a great job. Boys were very very grateful for your hard work. And the little one says thanks for the bubble wrap!!
